Order Processing & Packaging – The Fine Details

Non-Processing Days:  Orders will not be processed on weekends or public holidays. 

Shipping Confirmation:  Once your order is on its way, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.

Exceptional Cases:  Certain orders may require additional verification, which could extend processing times.

Although we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occur. In such cases, our customer support team will provide updates and assist you. 

What to Do If You Miss a Delivery 

In case a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make up to two additional attempts to deliver your order. 

If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to our facility. 

You can request the reshipment of your order; however, additional shipping charges may apply. 

To prevent delivery issues, please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package. 

Providing accurate address details at the time of purchase will help avoid any delays or issues. 

If you need to make any adjustments to your order, contact our team as soon as possible for prompt assistance. 

Damaged or Lost Orders? We’ve Got You Covered 

If your order arrives damaged, reach out to our support team within 48 hours, along with images for verification. After reviewing the claim, we will either replace the item or initiate a refund based on the assessment.
