  • Retain the original packaging until you are sure about your purchase.

Refund Process – Transparent and Timely   
 

We believe in keeping the process clear and straightforward. Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, we will initiate the refund immediately. Here’s what you can expect:   
 

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.   
 

The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method.  

Refund Eligibility Guidelines  

To maintain the high quality of our products, we can only offer refunds for items that are in their original, unused condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund.  

Non-Returnable Items  

For reasons related to hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned. Please review the following list before making a purchase:   
 

Innerwear & Lingerie – Due to hygiene standards, these items cannot be returned.   
 

Swimwear & Activewear – Items that directly contact the skin are non-returnable.
